9. Responsibilities within the scope of auctions on osarus.auction
For the execution of auctions on osarus.auction, 3forONE AG remains the sole data controller within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR.
Vente Osarus S.A.R.L. uses the platform solely in the context of its operational activities (e.g. catalogue preparation, hammering down, invoicing) and acts on its own responsibility for the content it provides.
There is no joint controllership within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR.

Data is shared only where necessary for the execution of sales or contractual fulfillment (e.g. with Vente Osarus or sellers).
